
United CorporatePlusSM is a suite of corporate programs that works directly with medium and large corporations to address their significant travel requirements, while matching their unique needs and the complexities of operating over various industries, geographies and seasonal travel patterns.
CorporatePlus programs can be United-only or in combination with our Star Alliance partners and are typically two years in duration. They deliver value to our corporate customers through five key elements:
- Buying experience - The partnership negotiation, contracting and implementation processes are efficient and designed to meet corporate customer’s requirements for expediency, efficiency and ease of use.
- Preferred pricing - Corporate contracts bring value to the customer through a discounted pricing structure as well as a suite of supplementary traveler services and ancillary funds.
- Commercial partnership and travel management support - The partnership between the corporation and Star Alliance delivers additional value to the corporate customer through ongoing account management, reporting and consultative support.
- Operational support - The employees of corporate customers enjoy dedicated service support before, during and after a business trip.
- Traveler services - Business users benefit from a range of special traveler services, which improve productivity and the overall United experience.
CorporatePlus programs
CorporatePlus offers three key program tiers that help match the needs of our corporate customers:
- United CorporatePlusSM - This is United’s most popular share agreement which enables customers to build value by taking advantage of their contract options on United Airlines in conjunction with Lufthansa and SAS.
- Star Alliance CorporatePlusSM - This official Star Alliance multi-airline agreement can be offered by United and include any or all other Star carriers to provide a global travel solution for our most valuable customers.
- United CorporatePlus–Shared SuccessSM - This new corporate product rewards customers who exceed their goals for travel on United by proportionately increasing their discount.
Additional options, such as different discount structures and price hedging opportunities, allow customers to negotiate a certain price for a defined time period in their most frequently traveled markets. These options are available to further customize the selected CorporatePlus offering in order to best meet our corporate customers’ needs.
